• Payment tracking and financial management
• Reporting and analytics tools
• Customer support services

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes

We take data privacy and security seriously. Your contract data and personal information are protected by industry-standard security measures. We commit to:

• Encrypt all data in transit and at rest

Payment terms vary by subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to:

• Modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Suspend service for non-payment

Emchev and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by our company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall Emchev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to facilitate reactivation or as required by law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
